Josef Otten is a contemporary artist. Born in 1964 in the picturesque port of Vlora, Albania. Graduated from the Academy of fine arts.
His unique style of painting and bright and Sunny subjects of paintings were fueled by the beautiful views of his native coastal city.

Probably the most interesting inventions occur as they say by themselves. The well-known cellophane was obtained by accident in 1911, when a Swiss chemist wanted to invent a universal coating for tablecloths, which would not stick to stains, as a result of numerous experiments, a thin waterproof film or cellophane was obtained.
