Josef Otten is a contemporary artist. Born in 1964 in the picturesque port of Vlora, Albania. Graduated from the Academy of fine arts.
His unique style of painting and bright and Sunny subjects of paintings were fueled by the beautiful views of his native coastal city.

Graffiti comes from the Italian word “graffito” which translates as scrawled. Probably the very first graffiti, you can consider scratched drawings in caves. Of course, there is a huge difference between” cave graffiti ” and what we understand now. Modern graffiti originated in America as part of the hip-hop culture.
If you ask a simple passer-by what they mean by “graffiti”, then in 90 percent of cases they will start telling You about the inscriptions on the walls, as well as drawings.
